Briefly describe the enquiry.
  Client requested support with help with Club Runner, that was out of date.
What information did you provide to the enquirer?
  The Club wanted to recover their Domain, to build a new website – which they had difficulty. As a attendee to 'Rotary's Fit for Purpose', the Board and members were happy to choose a website that was easier to update and would focus on Club Projects and Volunteering, On completion of the website with content supplied by the Club, followed by website training with 4 members of the Club. We are still supporting them with ongoing support. When they closed the old domain, we were then able to recover the domain and have also created email accounts based on this domain.
Do you feel you were able to answer the question adequately?
  Yes, Phil Dunbar and Ross Symons are very happy with the outcome, and have since increased their membership base.
