Hi Stephen I am working with ROMAC at the moment and am looking at streamlining the expense reimbursement process for our volunteers. ROMAC uses Xero and I believe we have access to the Expenses Module (for volunteers). I would not mind having a chat to see if you have any familiarity with this feature of Xero Regards Mike
