Hi John, our Rotary Community Group project is overseas relocation playgrounds. The project was started by RC Mt Barker but became too large for them and they shut it down. We are re-establishing it as our community group project – District 9510 RCG7. I am chair of the new committee running the project. In the short-term Mt Barker are OK to auspice it, but they don’t want to do it long term. So, we have started down the process of establishing an incorporated association (with Consumer and Business affairs in South Australia). I just checked in the ZIPC handbook and it discourages doing this, but from my reading I can’t see another way of doing this. The actual removal work is taken on by one or a group of Rotary Clubs, but the committee does all of the administration and finances. Can you advise the best way of proceeding. Best Regards, M-l
