Hi John, I am a member of Balwyn Rotary (District 9800). We have a program transforming nature strips to support pollinators and biodiversity. It has been suggested that we should ascertain whether home owners should sign a disclaimer releasing Balwyn Rotary from future responsibility as a result of the nature strip transformation we have facilitated.
