The Murray Bridge Rotary Club has been holding a Swap Meet since 2006 at the Murray Bridge Showgrounds with approximately 150-170 vendors and around 1700 spectators. In this time, we as a club have had no incidents at this event and is one of our main fundraisers. I believe in the insurance handbook it states that all vendors require their own insurance. If we were to instigate this requirement we would have virtually no vendors and we would be required to cancel. We were hoping that Aon could supply a separate insurance policy to fill this gap.
