Good afternoon.
I am a member of Grafton Midday Rotary Club. I have also worked as a podiatrist for nearly 40 years. Many of these years have been in a high-risk clinic, based out of hospitals. I have harbored the idea of setting up a volunteer podiatry led clinic into Port Vila, Vanuatu. The reasons are numerous. Whilst I have received great feedback about this idea from my club, Port Vila Rotary Club, Port Vila Hospital and many podiatry colleagues, I don’t actually know how to go about doing this.
I am hopeful that you might advise me on the “mechanics” of setting up a project of this nature re: viability, sustainability, budget, short-, and long-term objectives, minimizing of failure, etc.
In advance, I am grateful for any advice / support you can offer
Regards,
jenny
