I recently retired after careers in both local government and law. My last position (18 years) was that of Partner/Director of BD Legal which operates from offices in Warragul and Traralgon (Vic). I specialised in commercial dispute resolution, focussing on contractual disputes and retail lease disputes where I acted for publicly listed companies that owned and operated large shopping centres.
